Amazia Hall purchased 120 acres from the Quinnipiac Indians in 1838 to be one of the first settlers of what is now known as the Pine Orchard section of Branford, Connecticut. Its rich history continues today.

Pine Orchard has it’s own Zoning Regulations, distinct from the Town of Branford Zoning Regulations. All Pine Orchard residents must comply with the Pine Orchard Zoning Regulations.

Formerly known as “World’s End” in the late 1800′s. Pine Orchard is a special community with much to offer. The Pine Orchard Association Executive Board works to assure compliance with the Association Bylaws, Zoning Regulations and policies. The Board also works to preserve Pine Orchard’s rich history and assure that it will continue to be a special place to live and raise a family.
